Privacy Notice

This notice covers the Tillsteady website, Google login, and early-access form. Tillsteady is powered by Argovis. Contact the team at founders@argovis.io for questions or requests about your information.

What we collect

If you submit the form, we collect your business name, email address, business type, selected interest, optional business concern, contact consent, and submission times. Do not include payment details, trading credentials, government identifiers, or confidential business records.

Google login

Google login uses the existing Argovis Auth0 service. Google and Auth0 process the sign-in. Tillsteady stores your Google account identifier, confirmed email address, display name, and login times to provide your account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive, or trading accounts. Essential cookies keep the sign-in request and your Tillsteady session secure. The sign-in cookie expires after 10 minutes. Your session expires within 12 hours, or sooner when the identity token expires. Signing out ends the Tillsteady session.

How we use it

We use your form details to review your request, respond to you, and contact you about Tillsteady early access. We do not create a paid subscription or trading account when you submit this form. We do not sell your form details.

Website operation

The website and intake service run on DigitalOcean infrastructure. Server access and security logs can include the IP address, requested page, time, and browser information. We use these logs to operate and protect the website. Fonts are served from this website. We do not use advertising trackers or non-essential cookies on this marketing site.

Storage and access

We store account information, session token hashes, and form submissions in a server-side database with restricted access. The Tillsteady team can use the information to handle your request. We keep it for early-access administration unless you request deletion or it is no longer needed. Security and operational records may need separate retention.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account or form details, or stop contacting you, by emailing founders@argovis.io. Include the email address used for your request. We may ask for information needed to confirm that the request is yours.

External websites and future payments

Links to Argovis and Kalshi take you to separate websites. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. This launch form does not collect payments. If subscription checkout becomes available, we will show the seller and billing terms before you purchase and update this notice as needed.
